Shipping fees are calculated based on the cargo weight and the shipping route. We are committed to providing clear and transparent quotations before proceeding with the shipment. Note: For shipments under 5kg, a surcharge may apply depending on the route. If there are any additional costs, we will notify you in advance for confirmation.
3. Are the shipping procedures complicated?
The shipping procedure is simplified to ensure maximum convenience for customers. You only need to provide the following basic information: Recipient’s name Phone number Delivery address Description of the goods All remaining steps, including cargo inspection, declaration, and transportation arrangements, will be handled fully and professionally by our team.
4. Do you accept small quantities or loose cargo?
We accept shipments from small parcels and loose cargo to full container loads (FCL). Depending on the quantity and nature of the goods, our consulting team will propose the most suitable transportation solution to optimize cost and transit time for you
5. How can customers in other provinces send goods?
Currently, we have warehouse systems in the following locations: ? Da Nang ? Nghe An ? Ho Chi Minh City ? Hanoi Customers can send goods directly to the nearest warehouse. For customers in remote provinces, we will guide and support sending goods to our warehouse via suitable domestic carriers, ensuring safety and convenience.
